Flood and drain trays are large, bulky, and subject to damage during shipping. 
Because of this, we recommend all large flood and drain trays as a pickup item. If you need to have it shipped, contact us and we will see if a shipping carrier we can trust will ship it to you. Extra packaging and packing time will also be required in the quotation for freight. We will also consider shipping to a nearby depot to reduce the number of times a tray is mishandled.
