Processing of your order will be completed within 1 business days of your order being made, and payment received. If an order is made on a weekend or public holidays in Australia, your order will be processed on the next business day.

Depending on your location in Australia, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order. These delivery times are not guaranteed and are estimates only.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, our couriers may deliver the goods by leaving them at the front door or somewhere secure on your premises. We will not normally require a signature.

If your order is returned to us to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we may contact you to confirm the correct address.  You will be liable for any and all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order.  You must pay these charges to us, as invoiced prior to re-delivery. 

Title of the products within your order will not pass to you until we have received payment in full.

We email you tracking number once your goods been sent out or picked up. All returns has to be done with in a 7 days after you received products if you change your mind or diidnt like the product.,with brand new condition and orignal packaging. If you received faulty item we arrange pick up otherwise buyers pay or send the goods by themselves.All items occur 25% restocking fees only if you return after 7 days. Store credit will be issue to refund goods after 7 days only my by manager approval. we dont refund items which purchesed month before. No returns on led if you change your mind. No refund on deposit,preorder,nonstock or Lay-by items. No refunds on clearance items
